Oliver is a steam shovel, or "excavator," although his shovel can be replaced by other useful tools. He is always keeping an eye on the other Pack members, being very concerned about workyard safety. Sometimes it seems like his "Safety First" mantra is used to deflect accusations of slow work, but he really does try to prevent accidents. It was Oliver who dug up the dinosaur skeleton that ended up in the Sodor Museum. He is About 3½-inches long. No batteries required. For Age 3 Years and up.
